If your item arrives damaged or defective and you wish to initiate a return, please prepare photo and video evidence of the damaged item and contact the Maker through the messaging feature (Go to your "Order Detail Page," select the order and click the "Message" button.).
The Maker will attempt to reach a resolution on the matter, but if you are not able to reach an agreement with the Maker, please reach out to Arcade Support. We'll carefully assess the situation and work towards a resolution. Please note that Arcade's decision regarding disputes is final.
