Filing A Claim
Before filing a claim, be sure to contact the Maker of your order first. You can do so by visiting your “Order Detail Page”, select the order, and click on the Message button.
Please review the Makers Storefront Policies to check if they allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you’ve contacted the Maker and they haven't resolved your issue, or if you haven’t received a response from the Maker within 2 business days, you can reach out to us at help@arcade.ai.
To qualify for a full refund, you will need to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Once a support team member has confirmed your eligibility, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
We will honor a full refund if your order meets the following criteria:
- Your order does not arrive
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is a completely different item than what you had ordered (for example, you ordered earrings but received a necklace instead)
- You have contacted the maker of your order first for resolution, and have been unable to gain resolution
