The maker will work with you in an attempt to reach a resolution on the matter. If you cannot reach an agreement with the Maker, please reach out to Arcade Support. We'll carefully assess the situation and work towards a resolution. Please note that Arcade's decision regarding disputes is final.
If you have not reached satisfactory resolution with the Maker, upon verification that the received item(s) are damaged, we will facilitate a return and a refund agreement, at our discretion and in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Please ensure to capture detailed videos highlighting any flaws or issues with the item. This documentation will aid in our investigation and assessment of the received items.
Retain possession of your item(s). In the event that a return is arranged, you'll be required to return the item(s) to the Maker within a timeframe. (Failure to meet this return window or to return the item(s) may hinder our ability to process a refund.)
