If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, please contact your maker using the messaging feature within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Go to your "Order Detail Page," select the order, and click the "Message" button.
Once it is confirmed that the package is lost, your maker will file a claim with the courier.
After receiving a refund, your maker will send a replacement item.
Please note that incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
