You can track your order status in "Order History".
Here, you can see if your order is awaiting acceptance by the Maker, in production, pending your approval of the video, or has been shipped.
For more detailed status updates, please contact your Maker through the messaging feature (Go to your "Order History", select the order, and click the “Message” button).
If your product has been shipped, use the tracking number provided by the Maker on the order detail page to check its status directly with the shipping carrier.
