You can track your order status on the "Order Detail Page."
Here, you can see if your order is awaiting acceptance by the maker, in production, pending your approval of the video, or has been shipped.
For more detailed status updates, please contact your maker through the messaging feature (Go to your "Order Detail Page," select the order, and click the Message button).
If your product has been shipped, use the tracking number provided by the maker on the "Order Detail Page" to check its status directly with the shipping carrier.
