Experiencing difficulties with the site? We suggest a series of troubleshooting steps to potentially resolve the issue. Retry your action after each step. If the issue is resolved following a step, there's no need to continue troubleshooting 🙂
Step 1: Ensure your browser is up to date.
While older versions may function, it's optimal to use the latest versions for improved site performance. Once updated, try again.
You can check for supported browsers by clicking this link here.
- For the most recent version of Chrome, visit: https://chrome.google.com
- To update Firefox, go to: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
- For Safari on iOS devices, only versions 11 and above are supported.
Even if you're already using one of these browsers, test with a secondary browser.
Step 2: Remove or disable any additional add-ons or extensions that were not originally part of your browser.
Sometimes, these extra software, including ad-blockers, can negatively affect site functionality.
Step 3: If the issue persists, try again while logged in using an incognito (private) browser window.
Using incognito mode allows the site to operate without interference from additional add-ons and extensions.
Step 4: Restart your computer.
Ensure you completely power down and restart your device; simply putting your computer to sleep won't suffice.
Step 5: Restart your modem and/or router.
After reconnecting to the internet, try again.
