If you could not meet an agreement with the Maker, please reach out to Arcade Support. We'll carefully assess the situation and work towards a resolution. Please note that Arcade's decision regarding disputes is final.
Upon verification that the received item(s) are incomplete or different from their description, we may facilitate a return, arrange a resolution with the Maker, or a refund agreement, at our discretion and in accordance with our Terms of Use.
